Seems a young fellow named Sergeant Jeffrey
Denton, while on a 15 month deployment in Iraq,
had his pride and joy 1984 Ford pickup end up in
a chop shop. It was stolen from it’s parking spot
right in front of his parents home. When News of
this got out, it didn’t take long for a small group
of patriotic people to grow into a very large group
of patriotic people.
Once
all
the
parts
that
were
scattered
over
what
turned
out
to
be
half
of
East
Tennessee,
Sgt.
Denton’s
Pride
and
Joy
pickup
truck
was
resurrected and then some in 6 days.
