In an effort to help our local Communities when we’re not out and about installing windshields and get some time off we donate our time and our Bobcat’s abilities to random projects in the Knoxville TN. area. One has been helping to rehab a school playground with new railroad ties and mulch under and around the playground equipment. Another one is helping out after violent storms in our local Knoxville area clearing brush and debris for the Elderly and Our Nations Service Disabled Veterans. Theres a lot of Elderly folks on a fixed income that can’t afford to pay to have it done and they can’t physically do it themselves. We are also aware of the difficulties of our Service Disabled Veterans and we consider it an honor to lend our Countries Military Heroes a hand up any way we can. In November of 2005 we received a hard earned lesson when it actually happen to us. What we found out the hard way was that in most cases insurance if you lucky enough to have it, doesn’t pay much toward the cost of cutting down whats left of the remaining trees and very little if any toward the clean up of the aftermath if at all. A sad but true part of it is that you see the devastation people go through on the news and don’t think much about it until it happens to you.
